Eligibility

(1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate, All India Candidature Candidate, Jammu and Kashmir Migrant Candidate.-
  1. (i) The Candidate should be an Indian National;
  2. (ii) Passed HSC or its equivalent with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) or as declared by the Appropriate Authority, from time to time
  3. Or
  4. (ii) Passed (10+3) Full time Diploma examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (at least 45% marks in aggregate in case of candidates of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) with Mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by the Appropriate Authority, from time to time;
  5. (iii) The Candidate should have obtained at least 35 % marks at National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA 2018), conducted by the Council of Architecture;
  6. Or
  7. (iv)  The Candidate should have obtained marks in JEE (Main) Paper- II
(2) NRI / OCI / PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National.- The Candidate should have passed the HSC or its equivalent examination with Mathematics and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate or as declared by the Appropriate Authority, from time to time; Or Candidate should have passed Full time Diploma (10+3) examination recognized by All India Council for Technical Education or Central or State Government or its equivalent examination and obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as compulsory subject or as declared by the Appropriate Authority, from time to time; Important Documents required for admission (UG-Architecture- FY) All candidates:

  4. 4. NATA 2019  or  JEE Main 2019 (Paper II) Scorecard/Online print
  5. 5. Certificate of the Indian Nationality:- In absence of the “Certificate of Indian Nationality” – The School Leaving Certificate indicating the Nationality of the candidate as ‘Indian’. – Birth Certificate of the Candidate indicating the place of birth in India.
  6. 6. Domicile certificate: In absence of the “Domicile Certificate” – Birth/Leaving Certificate clearly indicating the place of birth is in Maharashtra state will also be acceptable

  2. 2. Caste/Tribe Validity Certificate or Proforma H on a nonjudicial stamp
VJ/DT (NT(A)), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC and SBC category candidates: Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (valid up to 31 st March 2019.)  Candidates Applying for EBC Benefits (Open category Candidates) Income Certificate stating that his/her parent’s annual income (2018-19) is less than Rs.8.00 lakh
