Our Dept. was established in 1997-98 with intake capacity 60 & the very first batch in the year 2001 produced the University Topper. Since then we have maintained the tradition of excellent academic track record. Our students are placed in the organizations like PTC, GSSL, INFOSYS, HCL, EICHER, TELCO, CUMMINS etc to name a few. Most of the laboratories are shared with Mechanical Engg. Department. Mechatronics and Metrology labs are developed with state of the art facilities. We maintain a better flow of preferential admissions to our department. Our students also opt for higher studies at renowned institutes like IIT, VJTI and regional colleges. All our final year projects are industry sponsored where students suggest and implement solutions to real-life problems. Our faculty is associated with industry through technical consultancies and managed to get equipment worth around 10 lakhs as donations to the college. |
